My Sneaker Palace™ will accept returns and exchanges if the following conditions are upheld. The customer has 14 days from Delivered Date to return or exchange products or the sale is final. The sneakers must be new and in the box. Any situations outside these parameters will unfortunately be denied return or exchange. The Customer is responsible for the return shipping label postage.

. All Pre Orders Will start Preparing The Weekend Of Release Date And Start Heading Out The Road The Monday Of When USPS Resumes Work Schedule, And It Can Take Up To 7 Days To Receive A Tracking Number Specially On Highly Anticipated Releases Due To The Amount Of Orders We Receive.
